【屋上防水】現地調査

渋谷区本町にて、12年が経過した屋上の防水現地調査を行ってきました。管理組合様からのご依頼を受けて、弊社はこの調査を承り、この年内には【屋上防水工事】を実施する計画です。

現在の防水工法は【ウレタン通気緩衝工法】で施工されています。

これを踏まえて、さらに強固な防水性能を発揮するための提案として、塗り重ねによる強化をご提案いたします。

Based on this, we propose strengthening the waterproofing performance by applying multiple coats.
